Client Satisfaction Guarantee
How the Satisfaction Guarantee works:

During the process of making the
instrument, the musician could receive photos periodically, showing
details about the chosen instrument. In this manner, any eventual
alterations about details and finishing could be done so that the
instrument is built as the client expectation.

- Still, there is the problem with the
"instrument sound quality." This happens because few musicians could be
able to test the instrument personally before buying it resulted from
the distances of their residences. Therefore, the musician/client has a
period of 7 (seven) days from the date of the delivery to really "test"
the instrument.
- If during this period the client decided that he or she is not
satisfied with the final result of the instrument, we
guarantee your satisfaction changing the instrument so it is within
expectations or making a last until a new tool for you.

- The buyer pays the freight.
